ATS is the pioneer for manufacture of rolls and components with Tungsten Carbide coating, Chrome Plating, Ceramic Coating. Our coating technologies enhance service life and performance of components. ATS manufactured CeraSleeve & TucaSleeve have shown high resistance to Abrasion, Corrosion, Scouring, Galling effect & Friction wear.
ATS supplied many rolls with hard chrome plated and Tungsten carbide coated to paper customers. We supplied Applicator Roll, Chilling Roll, and Rewinder drum with coating.
CeraSleeves are sprayed with specially formulated Chrome Oxide ceramic coating which impart high wear resistant characteristics.
Tucasleeves are sprayed with specially formulated Tungsten Carbide coatings which impart higher wear resistance (in terms of lower porosity and high hardness),bond strength and impact resistance than Chrome Oxide based ceramic coating.
