Component Manufacturing

In 2014 we manufactured the first Hydro turbine component in our plant. Castings & forgings of CA6NM as well as other specs required by customers are sourced from suppliers accredited by global hydro turbine OEM’s. We manufacture labyrinth rings, needle cones, needle seat rings, face plates and other underwater components of Hydro Turbine. Components produced by us have specially engineered long life coatings to minimize the effect of silt erosion.
