Erosion Resistant Coating

We have specialised in application of silt erosion resistant coating on hydro turbine components by HVOF process. Our plant in Ahmedabad has three acoustic spray booths to perform robotic coating for underwater components of Hydro turbine including, Francis Runner, Pelton Runner, Kaplan Runner, Labyrinth rings, Cheek plates, Guide Vanes, Head cover, Bottom ring and Turbine shafts.

Japanese engineers have provided basic training to our technical team on modern coating techniques, equipment operation and coating process. Our technicians and engineers have received training in Robot programming at KUKA workshop in Pune.

We are able to attain appropriate stringent parameters as per individual customer requirements in terms of bond strength, hardness, surface roughness, porosity and uniformity of thickness.

We have undertaken onsite coating jobs for Pivot Ring & Francis runners.
