Overview

Since 1994, ATS has been providing the Hydrocarbon industry with Surface Treatment services through a variety of Corrosion Protection Technologies. Our scope of services includes -TSA Coating, Special Corrosion Coating and Wear Component Manufacturing. Repair and Reclamation of Turbo Machinery components is also undertaken at our plant.

TSA COATING

The ATS team has been involved in the application of TSA coatings since past 15 years.

These coatings are undertaken by Twin Wire Arc Spray system. We use multiple systems for reducing coating time and have utilised upto seven systems simultaneously for coating single equipment.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

We follow SSPC 1 solvent cleaning procedure for removing contaminants on equipment surface. SSPC 6 procedure is followed for blasting on component. For Twin Wire Arc Spray coating the internationally accepted Shell DEP is followed. In several Indian refineries and Petrochemical units EIL coating specifications are implemented.

COATINGS IN CONFINED SPACE & COASTAL ENVIRONMENT

Our blasting operators and coating technicians have obtained expertise in Confined Space as well as coastal environment operation both of which require very high skill level.

LNG TERMINAL COATING

We have undertaken very critical coating of ORV (Open Rack Vaporizer) units in Hazira LNG Terminal. The job requires high level of technical skill and experience of working in compact space. Our senior technicians have undergone training in Japan for ORV coating. The first two ORV coating jobs were performed under the supervision of Japanese engineers, subsequently our team has completed three jobs independently.

INVENTORY FOR MULTIPLE JOBS

We hold a large in-house inventory of Coating Systems, Blasting machines, Distribution Boards & Panels, jigs, fixtures, testing & Measuring instruments. This inventory in combination with our experienced welders, blasting operators, machinists, Grinders, coating technicians are able to take up multiple, multi-location jobs across the country.

INSPECTION BY EPC CONSULTANTS

Our field coatings have undergone stringent inspections by EPC consultants including EIL, Jacobs SA, Exxon Mobil, CB&I, JGC, Bechtel. The wear components manufactured at our plants are approved by BHEL, ARECO, SIEMENS, L&T Mitsubishi.

COMPONENT MANUFACTURING

Our state of art 22000 sq.ft. plant has been producing components for Oil & Gas industry for over a decade. The acoustic Spray booth built to international standards & Specifications is equipped with Robotic facility and HP/HVOF coating system for delivering highly durable protective coatings on wear components.

Precision lathes, grinding machines, customized attachments, super polishing equipment and special abrasives combine with our machinists and grinding operators to provide the critical surface finishes and tight tolerances required by our customers.

SAFETY
